Title:
OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTIVE FILM USING ORIENTED SUBSTRATE AND ITS PRODUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3856852
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain an oxide superconductive film excellent in orientation and excellent in superconductive characteristics such as a critical electric current density by forming an oxide superconductive film on a metal substrate having in-plane orientation.
SOLUTION: A metal member is rolled in a draft of ≥75% to produce the recrystallized metal substrate having a strongly threedimensionally oriented aggregate tissue. On the metal substrate, a film comprising an oxide superconductor precursor consisting mainly of an organic acid salt or an organic metal compound composing the oxide superconductor is formed. The film is thermally treated under a low oxygen fractional pressure of ≥10-1atm to thermally decompose the precursor, thus forming the oxide superconductive film on the metal substrate.
