The oxygen absorbing composite film having barrier properties is prepared by installing a thin film having barrier properties mainly comprising the thin barrier film comprising an inorganic oxide or a diamond-like carbon film on at least one side of an oxygen absorbing resin film prepared from a resin composition containing an oxidative resin and a transition metal catalyst.
