Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an oxygen detecting agent composite of which resistance against fading of coloring matter, lower limit of detection of oxygen concentration, waterproofing, discoloring, safety, and the like are improved.
CONSTITUTION: This oxygen detecting agent composite contains hydrotalcite class, oxidation/reduction coloring matter, reducing saccharides, and water soluble polyvalent metal compound. The hydrotalcite class is a compound expressed in the general formula Mg(1-x)Alx(OH)2.(OC3)x/2.mH2O, (where x satisfies 0<x≤0.33, and m is a positive integer), and the water soluble polyvalent metal compound is water soluble salt class of metal selected from a group constituted of alkaline earth metal, aluminum, zinc, and nickel.
