To provide an oxygen-enriched water heater capable of supplying dissolved-oxygen enriched water from a faucet and a shower head by mixing high-concentration oxygen in a circuit circulating bathtub water.
This oxygen-enriched water heater is provided with a mixing means 14 mixing high-concentration oxygen generated by a high-concentration oxygen generating means 13 in a hot water supply circuit 4, and allows a user to use the hot water with the high dissolved-oxygen concentration for shampoo and washing of the body by making usable the hot water with high dissolved-oxygen concentration from the shower head 8 and the faucet 9. The dissolved oxygen infiltrates from pores and keratin to improve the activities of hair root cells and skin cells and provide hair growth promotion and beauty treatment effects.
