Abstract:

To provide an oxygenated hydrocarbon-containing liquid composition economically producible at high energy efficiency, and to provide a method for producing the composition and a method for producing a low-pollution liquid fuel containing the composition.

The oxygenated hydrocarbon-containing liquid composition is obtained by dissolving, at 1-500 atm, a gas kept at -180°C to +60°C and mainly composed of methane and/or hydrogen into an oxygenated hydrocarbon cooled at -80°C to +10°C and returning the obtained to the standard temperature and pressure. The low-pollution fuel is obtained by adding the oxygenated hydrocarbon-containing liquid composition to a fuel grade liquid hydrocarbon.
