Abstract:
To provide a system for evaluating an ozone deterioration for a vulcanized rubber material, the system allowing an accurate grasp of changes with time in ozone deterioration while reducing the number of steps.SOLUTION: A test sample S of a vulcanized rubber material is attached to a fixed frame 3 under the conditions for arrangement set in advance in a test tank 2 containing ozone in a predetermined concentration. The distance from a laser sensor 5, placed in the surface of the test sample S arranged in the test tank 2, to the surface of the test sample S is detected with time by the laser sensor 5 and the detection data is acquired. After that, the changes in the surface state of the test sample S between different times are grasped through analysis of the acquired detection data by an operation device 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
