Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone generator capable of further suppressing switching loss and noise and improving a switching efficiency and an ozon generation efficiency.SOLUTION: The ozon generator includes: a transformer 12; a DC power supply section 14 connected with the primary side of the transformer 12; a reactor 16 connected with the secondary side of the transformer 12; a semiconductor switch 22 connected between one end of a primary winding of the transformer 12 and the DC power supply section 14; and a control circuit 24 for applying a voltage to the reactor 16 by on-off controlling the semiconductor switch 22 at a preset switching frequency, and is set under a condition where the inside of the reactor 16 is easily discharged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
