Abstract:
To provide an ozone water supply method which enables a reduction in the loss of ozone and an efficient supply of ozone water.
When the ozone water is supplied to a use point apart from an ozone water production apparatus and the ozone water is supplied so that ozone concentration will be adjusted in the use point, dilution water is added to stock ozone water under the condition that the stock ozone water is prevented from being exposed to the open air in the vicinity of the ozone water production apparatus and the amount of the added dilution water is adjusted so that ozone concentration will become the target concentration in the use point, and then the resultant ozone water is transferred to the use point through water supply piping.
