Abstract:

To provide in ozonized water producing device by which the frequency of dissembling the device renewing the solid electrolyte membrane is reduced.

The casing 1, 2 is internally divided by a solid electrolyte membrane 5 into an anode compartment 6 and a cathode compartment 7, an anode 3 having a noble metal 16 with ozonization catalysis pressure-welded to the surface of the membrane on the anode-compartment side and a cathode 4 to the surface of the cathode-compartment side, the inlets 8 and 9 and outlets 10 and 11 are provided respectively to the anode compartment 6 and cathode compartment 7, and a DC voltage is applied between the anode 3 and cathode 4 to produced ozonized water. In this device, the anode 3 and cathode 4 pressure-contacted to and released from the membrane 5 by hydraulic cylinders 14 and 15.
