Abstract:
To provide a small-sized, movable PC member production device suitable to the application for small-lot production.SOLUTION: Provided is a PC member production device 1A comprising a tendon 5 for a PC, and producing a PC member 3 with a pre-tension introduced by a pre-tension system. The device includes: a plurality of post pairs 30A for introducing tensile force into the tendon 5 for a PC consisting of a pair of a first tension post 10A and a second tension post 20A; a reactive force plate 40A arranged between the plurality of post pairs 30A, receiving the reactive force upon the tensile force introduction and supporting the plurality of post pairs 30A; and a first tendon 6 and a second tendon 7 arranged at each on either side and the other side of the reactive force plate 40A and introduced with the tensile force between the plurality of post pairs 30A. The plurality of post pairs 30A are constituted in such a manner that the first tensile posts 10A are plurally arranged along one side of the reactive force plate 40A, and the second tensile posts 20A are plurally arranged along the other side, and either the first tendon 6 or the second tendon 7 is applied to the tendon 5 for a PC.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
