To provide a PCB contaminated material treatment apparatus which is capable of enhancing the treatment efficiency of a PCB contaminated material and to provide a treatment method of a PCB contaminated material.
In the PCB contaminated material treatment apparatus that disassembles an instrument in which PCB containing insulating oil is used and removes the PCB containing insulating oil from the disassembled material, it comprises a roller to pressurize the disassembled material by bringing the outer peripheral surface into contact with the disassembled material wherein the roller has a roller press formed and installed so as to be rotatable while pressurizing the disassembled material so that the pressurized portion can be moved from one end side of the disassembled material to the other end side. The treatment method of the PCB contaminated material employs the PCB contaminated material treatment apparatus.
