To provide a PET bottle crushing device suitable mounted on a recovery vehicle easy to charge a PET bottle, capable of rapidly operating a stop switch in case of emergency, capable of smoothly and safely supplying the PET bottle to a crushing part, capable of sabely performing charging, crushing, volume reducing work and the like, simple in constitution, easy to handle and excellent in workability.

The PET bottle crushing device is mounted on the rear part of the recovery vehicle C and equipped with a hopper part A and the crushing part B. The hopper part A has a pair of left and right side panels 1, a back panel 2 and a bottom panel 3. The bottom panel 3 is formed so that the leading end side thereof is freely shaken up and down centering around the support shaft 4 fixed to the base end side thereof and the PET bottle preliminarily charged in the hopper part A is successively fed to the crushing part B by the upward oscillation of the bottom panel 3. Stop switches 7 are respectively provided in the left and right side panels 1 of the hopper part A and turn off or on when the bottom panel 3 is present at the lowermost oscillating position to stop the operation of the motor 15 of the crushing part B.
