Abstract:
PURPOSE:To control plural mouses by discriminating a port, to which data is inputted, to receive information and displaying it by visual feedback of a mouse. CONSTITUTION:State data of mouses are inputted to a mouse state input devices 10-1 to 10-N and are sent to a state setting device 11. This device 11 stores state data in respective corresponding files 16-1 to 16-N and sets the file input/ output mode to the asynchronous mode and sets an input as an event. A state detector 12 successively reads out and detects state data from files. A state calculating device 13 subjects state data to bit operation to calculate (x) and (y) coordinates of mouses and button information. Information obtained from the device is written in a storage device 15. When discriminating the change of mouses, a controller 14 stores information calculated by the detector 12 in the storage device 13 and transmits this information to a central processing unit. Then, new information is sent to a display device.
