Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to realize the factory automation for automatic machines with the use of a computer, by providing an interface for transmitting various data to and from a higher rank computer, to an automatic machine. CONSTITUTION:A print board production condition, the content of manipulation of a packaging machine 1 by the operator, data such as the contents of errors or the like as operation data of the packaging machine is transmitted to a higher rank computer 6 on a real time base through memory 11 in a control section 2 and an interface 3. with this arrangement, the higher rank computer 6 grasps the operating condition of an automatic machine 1, and may obtain production managing data such as the operating factor of the automatic machine 1, an error rate and the like by summing various data. Further, when a time, the step number of NC data, the data of parts or the like as additional data are transmitted, more detail management, a diagnosis for a cause of occurrence of errors may be made. Thus, it is possible to easily realize the factory automation of automatic machines.
