Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a multi-sheet structural body by joining airtight the circumference of dimple sheet which is formed corresponding to the pattern of joint between a dimple core and outer plates with the surface of a die and providing an introducing port for pressurized gas and die restraining means in the die. CONSTITUTION:At the time of manufacturing the multi-sheet structural body which consists of the dimple core 3, upper plate 1 and lower plate 2, an upper dimple sheet 8 and lower dimple sheet 5 which are preliminarily manufactured with a jig for manufacturing the dimple core 3 are sealed by gas pressure to an upper die 7 and lower die 4 in seal welding parts 10. The dimple core 3 and outer plates 1, 2 are piled so as to superpose the dimple vertexes of the dimple core 3 upon the dimple vertexes of the dimple sheets 5, 8 on the dies 4, 7 and held between the dimple sheets 5, 8. After the dies 4, 7 are restrained with a press or retaining tool to oppose to the reaction force W of the gas pressure P for loading joining surface pressure, the multi-sheet structural body is joined by introducing pressurized gas through introducing ports 6, 9 and concentrating gas pressure P at the vertexes.
