Abstract:
PURPOSE:To suppress projection of burrs to the outerface side part as small as possible by performing uniformly heating before upset on an apex part of a leg part in such a way that a heating energy fed to the inner face side part of the leg part is made higher than a heating energy fed to the outer face side part of the leg part. CONSTITUTION:Heating by means of a heating source H before upset on an apex part of a leg part 2 of a pallet constitutional body A is performed in such a way that a heating energy fed to the inner face side part of the leg part 2 is made higher than the outer face side part of the leg part 2. Therefore, when this heating is actually performed, at the apex part of the leg part 2, the inner face side part of the leg part 2 is brought to more easily deformable condition than the outer face side part of the leg part 2. As the result, on the condition after upset, burrs B are generated more on the inner face side part than on the outer face side part and projection of burrs B on the outer face side part is suppressed as less as possible.
