PURPOSE: To improve dimensional accuracy and particularly the out-of-roundness of the sliding hole part of the lens holder and to reduce the thickness and weight thereof as well as to enhance the mechanical rigidity thereof.
CONSTITUTION: This lens holder 1 is molded of a filler-contg. resin having shape anisotropy and is so formed that the fillers are oriented in the axial line direction of the central axis. The lens holder 1 is obtd. by providing gates 10, 10 for injecting the filler-contg. resin having the shape anisotropy in the positions around a central hole to be inserted with a central shaft, for example, a sliding hole 9 and injecting the filler-contg. resin from the gate 10 to run the molten resin injected from the circumference of the central hole 9 along the central hole 9 so that a uniform molding pressure is applied around the central hole 9. In addition, the fillers are oriented along the plane of the central hole 9. Then, the deflected deformation of the core mold for forming the central hole 9 and the deflected shrinkage of the molded goods are prevented and the out of roundness of the central hole 9 is enhanced.
