Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply execute mastering of an additional biaxial device installed on the wrist end of an industrial robot.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of mastering an additional biaxial device installed on the wrist end of an industrial robot, when one of two rotary driving shafts which the device 15 has is to be operated, calibration surfaces 47, 48 of a movable side mastering jig 46 are displaced substantially parallel to each other in the direction of X-axis or Y-axis. Accordingly, scales of two displacement measuring gauges 44,45 held by a fixed side mastering jig 41 are sequentially run in a set mastering scale display so as to simply accomplish mastering.
