Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily and accurately input various parameters by window displaying a parameter correlative to each parameter on a main picture for inputting the parameters. CONSTITUTION:Various parameters required for analysis are displayed as individual parameter input main pictures classified to parameters related to a sample material, parameters related to an analysis condition, and precise parameters, and an operator inputs required parameters in accordance with contents displayed on each input main picture. When there is a parameter correlative to an inputted parameter at the time of input of this parameters, the input picture of this parameter is displayed as a window in the input main picture. The operator inputs a parameter group having correlations in accordance with the indication of the input picture in relation to the input parameter. Thus, various parameters required for analysis are easily and accurately inputted.
