PURPOSE: To obtain the mixture stable in the plasticization time on the molding processing of the mixture, capable of stabilizing the molding processing, and giving molded products excellent in mechanical physical properties and heat stability by mixing a liquid crystal polyester composition with a fluoro resin in a solid state.
CONSTITUTION: This mixture is produced by mixing 100 pts.wt. of a liquid crystal polyester resin composition consisting mainly of (A) 100 pts.wt. of a liquid crystal polyester (preferably the polyester containing units of the formula in an amount of ≥30mol.%) and (B) 0-150 pts.wt., preferably 20-100 pts.wt., of a filler (e.g. glass fibers, titanium dioxide whiskers) with (C) 0.01-20 pts.wt., preferably 0.03-10 pts.wt., of a fluoro resin (preferably polytetrafluoroethylene) in a solid state. The shape of the composition consisting mainly of the components A and B is a cylindrical or spherical shape having an average particle diameter of 1-10mm.
