PURPOSE: To provide a reflection sheet having sharp colors and excellent weather resistance for a long period in which chips of a metal vapor deposition film are not allowed to remain in connecting walls or on a supporting film among glass beads in a sealed small space.
CONSTITUTION: Glass beads 6 are embedded in such a manner that the side of bead having a metal vapor deposition film 5 is embedded in a supporting film 2 to obtain a base sheet. Then a protective film 1 is laminated on the base sheet where the glass beads are embedded. The supporting film 2 of the base sheet is partially heated and fused to form continuous linear connecting walls 3 which connect the protective film 1 and the supporting film 2 to form many small sealed spaces 4 surrounded by the connecting walls 3. In this production method of the capsule lens type reflection sheet, the supporting film 2 consists of a crosslinked resin having 3 to 70wt.% of gel content.
