Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of anticorrosion of a processing part due to processing crack of a Zn-based plating layer in a processing components having a predetermined shape by performing plastic working and being formed of a Zn-based plating steel plate to which plating metals including Zn are coated as a raw material.SOLUTION: Plastic working is performed to the raw material of a Zn-based plating steel plate 1 for acquiring a predetermined-shaped processing component 2, and then a processing part is subjected to compression processing in a plate thickness direction for deforming the plating metal, thereby processing crack width 4 of the plating metal is reduced. Thereby deterioration of anticorrosion of the processing part of the Zn-based plating processing component is reduced.
