Abstract:
To provide a PTC thermistor that can reduce the effect of outgassing.SOLUTION: A PTC thermistor includes a PTC element, a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate, an insulating plate arranged adjacent to the PTC element, a first lead wire 11 having one end connected to the insulating plate side of the first electrode plate, a second lead wire 12 having one end connected to the insulating plate side of the second electrode plate, and a resin film 13 that seals the PTC element, the first electrode plate, the second electrode plate, the insulating plate, the one end side of the first lead wire 11, and the one end side of second lead wire 12 such that the first lead wire 11 and the second lead wire 12 protrude from the one end side. The resin film 13 has a first thermocompression sealing portion 13.1 thermocompression-bonded between the first lead wire 11 and the second lead wire 12 on the one end side, and a second thermocompression sealing portion 13.2 thermocompression-bonded to the other end side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
