To prevent relative position shifting of a spacer and a battery cell by arranging the spacer between the battery cells while increasing the number of lamination of the spacer and the battery.
The battery pack is provided with a battery block 3 in which battery cells 1 consisting of a plurality of square batteries are laminated and a battery block 4 to hold the battery cells 1 of this battery block 3. The battery block has spacers 2 interposed between laminated battery cells 1. The battery block 3 connects the spacers 2 and the battery cells 1 by an engagement structure to prevent position shifting in lamination face, and the adjoining battery cells 1 are prevented from position shifting and laminated through the spacers 2 connected to the battery cells 1 by the engagement structure.
