Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply and inexpensively produce a container easily opened and closed or hermetically sealed by forming the flange part of a container top wall part from two folded half parts mutually joined together so as to be capable of threading the same with a cap and forming a hermetic seal surface to the upper end edge part of the flange part.
CONSTITUTION: A pack container is formed from a cylindrical side wall part 1, a bottom wall part 2 and a top wall part 3 comprising a deep-draw processable plastic material. The top wall part 1 is formed from a pour port part sealable by a cap and an erected flange part 9. Further, the joint part 6 reaching the entire periphery of the container is formed at least up to the upper end edge part 12 of the flange part 9 in a projected state within the plane parallel to the longitudinal center axis 5 of the container. In this case, the flange part 9 is formed from two folded half parts mutually joined together by the joint part 6 and a screw means 10 is formed to the flange part 9 so as to thread the flange part with the cap. The hermetic seal surface 16 engaged with the hermetic seal surface of the cap is formed to the upper end edge part 12 of the flange part 9.
