Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a package for containing a bandage for an injury and a method for recording a region of an injury by providing the package formed by first and second knit fabrics, which is sealed air-tightly, and so constructed that the interiro is in the aseptic state, the knit fabric includes a transparent area, and marking can be put on the inner surface.
CONSTITUTION: A package is formed by a first knit fabric 1 and a second knit fabric of the same shape and the same size. A bandage 3 for an injury is placed between two knit fabrics 1, 2. The knit fabric is heat sealed on the outside of the periphery of the bandage. A seal along the end part 5 of the bandage is linear and stronger than seal of the other three ends. The package and the bandage therein are irradiated by gamma ray to be sterilized. The inner surface of the second knit fabric 2 can be marked by use of a marker pen. Grids are printed on the outer surface of the second knit fabric 2, and if necessary, the other marking is printed on the surface.
