To surely feed another component constituting a package in a desired direction and in a desired state to a belt-like film.

When feeding another component 25 to a belt-like film F constituting a package at intervals relative to the feeding direction of the film F, a feeding device 10 positioned on the side of the film F feeds a belt-like member 20 in its longitudinal direction. The member 20 is received by a transfer device 30 having a conveyer 31 extended crossing the feeding direction of the film F to be sucked to the conveyer 31 by a suction device 50. The member 20 is then fused and cut by a cutting device 60 into the component having a specified length between the film F and the device 10.
