Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To essentially improve the control of quantity of cosmetics dispersed by a coating element and convey of the cosmetics to user's skin.
SOLUTION: The container 1 is used for packing and coating cosmetics 3. The container 1 comprises a housing 2 for containing the cosmetics 3, a coating element 15 for coating the cosmetics 3, and a convey element for taking out the cosmetics contained in the housing and supplying it to the coating element. The convey element has a coating roller 8 that can rotate in the housing, and the coating roller 8 has a surface area that may contact with the coating element and generate a contact pressure, and a surface area that may contact with the cosmetics contained in the housing. While rotating the coating roller 8, a layer of cosmetics is conveyed to the space of two surface area, and is conveyed to the coating element by the contact pressure. The coating element 8 is secured on an operating means 12 which can be operated from outside by an user.
