Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inter-wiring capacitance for stable oscillation without delaying start of oscillation by adopting the configuration such that a 1st or 2nd group metallic wiring and external electrodes of opposite polarity opposed to the metallic wiring with an insulation board inbetween are not overlapped in terms of a plane.
SOLUTION: An insulation board 1 is made up of a 1st insulation board 1a and a 2nd insulation board 1b laminated with each other. Thus, connection electrodes and throughholes are provided to the 1st insulation board 1a and metallic wiring for the connection electrodes and external electrodes is arranged to the 2nd insulation board 1b. Thus, the space has a margin and the metallic wiring of the 2nd insulation board 1b is adjusted. Furthermore, a distance 21 between metallic wires 15, 18 whose polarities are opposite to each other is selected widely such as 1/3 to 1/10 of a width 23 of the insulation board 1a preferably. In this case, the metallic wires and external electrodes of opposite polarity are not opposed to each other via the insulation board 1b in terms of a projection plane.
