Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject packaged rice ball capable of keeping its taste and freshness for a long period by packaging the rice ball using a transparent packaging film while making a space exist over the rice ball.
CONSTITUTION: An objective packaged rice ball obtained by packaging the rice ball using a transparent packaging film 5 while making a space 6 of a heat-insulating air layer having a required width exist at least over the rice ball.
