Abstract:

To provide a packaging apparatus capable of enhancing the throughput.

The packaging apparatus 3 comprises a packaging unit 6, a feeding direction changing unit, and a waiting part 8. An evacuating device to press an article to be packaged from an upper side is arranged on the waiting unit 8 so that a next article 1 in the waiting part 8 is evacuated in advance while the preceding article is in the feeding direction changing unit 7.
