PURPOSE: To permit a free and easy operation of end sealers by providing each of the end sealers with a separate servo motor and controlling the revolution speed or these servo motors independently by releasing the motors from a transfer mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: A servo motor 24, coupled to an end sealer shaft 17', has a servo controller 25, a pulse generator 26, a computer 27 and a rotary encoder 28 connected thereto. The servo motor 24 is connected electrically with the servo motor 25 so as to supply a signal from a tachometer generator 29 to the servo controller and with a pulse generator 26 so as to supply a signal from a pulse generator 30 to the pulse generator. A computer 27 sends a signal to the pulse generator 26 to generate a predetermined pulse and, by the signal from the pulse generator 26, the servo controller 25 applies the corresponding voltage to the servo motor 24. End sealer shafts 17 and 17' rotate at a predetermined speed of revolution.
