Abstract:
To provide a packaging and applicator system which is inexpensively constituted and excellent in resistance against repeated use.
The packaging and applicator system for making up the eyelashes or eyebrows includes a container; the makeup and/or beauty care composition having a predetermined thermal profile; an applicator device 10 for applying the composition; and a heating member 53 for heating the composition to a temperature higher than a melting point of the composition, preferably to a temperature equal to or higher than a final melting point of the composition, before, during or after the application.
