To provide a packaging bag with a handle, on which the handle is arranged above the gravity center of the bag, encircling an outlet formed on the top of a container of the bag to facilitate to carry it, and the outlet is arranged in the center of the container top to make it easy to open and hard to close upon pouring out the content.

According to the packaging bag with handle (10), the outlet (14) for pouring out the content is formed near the center of the container top, and the handle (15) is formed integrally to encircle the outlet (14) by forming cuts or punching. Constrictions are formed on a sealed part on the trunk of the packaging bag to make a bag body easy to hold and the content easy to pour out. Besides, another handle is formed integrally on the bottom of the packaging bag by forming cuts or punching to further facilitate to carry the bag.
