Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of a packaging bag by fixing a peelable sheet layer provided on the surface of an agent layer on a base cloth to the packaging bag with the electrostatic force to eliminate any deviation or adhesion of the content in the packaging bag.
SOLUTION: A packaging bag 10 is manufactured by sealing a sheet-like pack 14 comprising a non-woven fabric base cloth 14A, a pack agent layer 14B and a peelable sheet layer 14C consisting of PFT in a packaging bag 10A in which two packaging sheets 11, 12 are sealed by a heat seal part 13 at their outer edge. At least one of an inner layer 11A of the packaging sheet 11 and the peelable sheet layer 14C of the sheet-like pack 14 is charged, and the peelable sheet layer 14C of the sheet-like pack 14 is fixed to the inner layer 11A of the packaging sheet 11 by the electrostatic force to seal the sheet-like pack 14 in the packaging bag 10A in a fixed manner. When a plurality of sheet-like packs 14 are stored in the packaging bag 10, the packs are prevented from being brought into contact with each other, abridged and adhered to each other.
