The packaging container 10 includes an adhesive sheet 11 serving as a fixing means to which the dermal needle implement 40 made of the biodegradable material is fixed, a case 12 serving as a storage container, and a cover 13 serving as a sealing means put on the case 12 as a lid. The case 12 has a recess 21 which prevents the breakage and contack of the points 41 of the needle implement 40 due to an external force. The packaging container 10 is sealed airtightly by gluing the cover 13 to the case 12. The inner surface of the recess 21 of the case 12 is coated with a moisture absorbent 30, which keeps humidity around the needle implement 40 at 30% or less, so as to keep a predetermined humidity inside the case 12.
