To provide a packaging cushioning body which is high in impact resistance and regularly exerts satisfactory impact resistance.
The cushioning body includes a first protection part 21 for protecting one side part of an angular part of a protection object P, a second protection part 22 for protecting the other side part of the angular part of the protection object P, and a connection part 3 for connecting the first protection part 21 to the second protection part 22. A first cushioning part 51 for absorbing impact load is provided inside the first protection part 21, and a second cushioning part 52 for absorbing impact load is provided inside the second protection part 22. The first cushioning part 51 and the second cushioning part 52 are disposed independently at positions where they do not interfere with each other in a using state for protecting the angular part of the protection object P.
