To provide a packaging device for a water conduit capable of being simply and easily pulled out to be laid out even if the water conduit is a synthetic resin one having curling nature.

This packaging device 2 is used for packaging a water conduit 1 formed of a crosslinked-polyethylene or polybutene pipe material. The packaging device 2 has a corrugated fiberboard box 3. The coiled water conduit 1 is rotatably housed in the corrugated fiberboard box 3 through an inner roller 4. The inner roller 4 has an extension part 4d. The coiled part 1a of the water conduit 1 is wound around the inner roller 4 while being held by the extension part. A pullout hole 3a for pulling out the water conduit 1 from its outer peripheral end sequentially to the outside is formed in the corrugated fiberboard box 3. As the water conduit 1 is pulled out through the pullout hole 3a, the coiled part 1a of the water conduit 1 in the corrugated fiberboard box 3 is rotated to be uncoiled.
