To provide a packaging and dispensing receptacle which can be placed without paying attention to operations after use, limits possibility of erroneously spilling a substance out, prevents a user from waiting long time for dispensing a substance after the user takes up the receptacle which was placed before, is produced relatively simply and has cost suitable for selling in mass.
The packaging and dispensing receptacle is provided with: at least one outlet orifice for dispensing a substance contained inside the receptacle, and a first face configured in such a manner that, while the receptacle is resting via the first face on a horizontal plane surface, the first face tilts by reduction in the quantity of substance in the receptacle so that the substance in the receptacle does not flow out through the outlet orifice.
