The machine is provided with a center sealer 7 for forming a packing bag 2 of a film or a sheet while accommodating a predetermined amount of unpacked articles 1 which are convey on a belt conveyor 6, a presser brush 8 for straightening an upper surface of the packing bag 2, a seal means 9, 9' (end-sealer) for sealing both longitudinal ends of the packing bag 2, a sealer cutter 10 which cooperates with the seal means 9, 9' for cutting off at sealed part, a first deaeration means 11 (a deaeration nozzle) for discharging air inside the packing bag 2 by blowing air from above the packing bag 2 which is in a state of accommodated unpacked articles 1, a second deaeration means 12 (a deaeration sponge) for discharging air inside the packing bag 2 through a depression from above at a forward end part or a back end part of the packing bag 2 where unpacked articles 1 are not situated by going up and down together with the seal means 9, 9', and a discharge conveyor 13 for discharging the packing bag 2 in which unpacked articles 1 are housed to send it a second process.
