Abstract:
To solve the problem that as troubles in a packaging machine may be caused by a wide variety of factors, it is insufficient for a service person to scrambling to the site and dealing with the trouble, therefore, in need of countermeasures capable of trouble-shooting and restoration in an early stage.SOLUTION: A packaging machine includes imaging means, event detection means, and control means. The imaging means images packaging processing of the packaging machine. The event detection means detects an event related to the packaging machine.
