To provide a packaging machine capable of preventing a disadvantage caused by a displacement between film feeding and a seal.

A packaging machine 1 comprises a film feeding means 3 for feeding out a belt-like film 2 and forming it into a cylindrical shape, a transferring means 5 for use in transferring a packaged item 4 to as to supply it in sequence into the film 2 formed into the cylindrical shape, and a seal means 20 for applying a seal in repetition to the cylindrical film 2 under a state in which the packaged item 4 is packaged in it. The transferring means 5 is driven by a first motor 9, the film feeding means 3 is driven by a second motor 15, and the seal means 10 is driven by a third motor 21. The second motor 15 is controlled synchronously in reference to the third motor 21. Due to this fact, even in the case that an operation of the third motor 21 is delayed by a certain cause, there occurs no possibility that the film 2 is fed more surplus than that planned.
