Abstract:

To solve problems that flavor, texture and taste which a food material originally has are spoiled by heat treatment or the like in many cases, moreover, defrost in a state of half-refrigeration or sherbet is difficult, when a frozen food material is defrosted.

It is made possible to provide the food material which can be defrosted without spoiling the flavor, the texture and the taste which the food material has, and which is in the shape of the half refrigeration or the sherbet by providing a packaging material capable of controlling the thickness of a filling material, extending a surface area and defrosting and crushing the filling material at the same time.
