PURPOSE: To prevent a packaging material from being damaged when it is drawn out upward relating to a packaging material-holding device which holds by pressing a packaging material in the form of a sheet bent over in two and hung across a supporting member.

CONSTITUTION: At positions opposed to each other with a packaging material 18, hung across a substantially horizontal top side of a supporting member 23, intervening therebetween a pair of holding arms 25 are given a force toward barring for stopping so as to prevent the surface of the packaging material 18, as it is drawn out upward, from being scratched by the outer edges of the holding arms 25.
