Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material capable of being recycled as used paper and having moistureproofness and a strength applicable, for example, to the envelope, a heavy-duty packaging material of the like of a home delivery service or the like.
SOLUTION: The packaging material 1 comprises reinforcing yarns 5 each made of a paper material obtained by laminating a moistureproofing layer 2 having solubility or disaggregation property, base paper 3 and a soluble or disaggregative adhesive 6. The material 1 has a structure for adhering and laminating moistureproofing paper 4 and the yarns 5 with an adhesive 6. The paper 4 has a structure for laminating the layer 2 and the paper 3. The paper material for constituting the paper 3 is not particularly limited, but various type paper materials can be used. However, by taking recyclability into consideration, the material easily dispersing in water by a mechanical disaggregation is preferred. For example, chemical pulp paper, mechanical paper, one-side gloss kraft paper, sulfate kraft paper, kraft elongated paper or the like in which a chemical pulp or a mechanical pulp like a broad-leaf tree pulp, a conifer kraft pulp is used as a raw material is used.
