In the packaging paper unit for medicine packaging device, with which each of partitioned packages is formed by feeding packaging paper out of a packaging paper roll constituted by rolling long packaging paper, putting medicines in and applying heat sealing to the fed-out packaging paper, this unit is integrally provided with a support part for supporting the packaging paper roll to freely turn that roll around an axial line and a guide part for guiding the packaging paper fed out of the packaging paper roll supported by the support part toward a medicine putting-in portion, and is freely attached to and detached from the medicine packaging device.
