Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing system of package roll body which can effectively estimate winding appearance abnormality such as wrinkles before the abnormality occurs and, moreover, does not allow an inspection accuracy regarding the winding appearance abnormality to be affected by the extent of skill of an inspector.SOLUTION: A manufacturing system includes a drum roll 18 that is brought into sliding contact with a paper tube 3 as a winding core 2 and a pair of right and left driving mechanisms 19 which causes an endless helper belt 22 to press against both end parts of the paper tube 3 that is brought into sliding contact with the drum roll 18 in a drum roll 18 direction. Therein, in the system, the helper belt 22 of the pair of driving mechanisms 19 is circulated, the paper tube 3 is rotated, wrap film 5 of film blank 4 is rewound around the paper tube 3 and a package roll body 1 is provided and, further in the system, an estimation model produced by model producing means is used, the occurrence of winding appearance abnormality such as wrinkles 7 during rewinding of the wrap film 5 is estimated based on speed difference of circulation speed of a pair of helper belts 22 and an AI 27 that controls the driving mechanism 19 and the like according to an estimation result is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
