A stretchable/contractible sheet 11 is composed of a plain knitted and woven fabric of a warp bundle 11A and a weft bundle 11B. By making stitch directions A and B have an angle to a direction to be stretched and contracted, stretchability/contractibility are given in the transverse direction X and in the longitudinal direction Y. A rectangular shape having four sides along the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction is provided, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive 12 along one side is provided on one face in the vicinity of the one side along the transverse direction.
