The packing vessel comprises: the hygroscopic layer containing the inorganic layered compound and the synthetic resin; and a sheet of laminated paper having a polyolefine layer. The packing vessel for the powder detergent has the polyolefine layer formed on the inside of the moisture-proof layer. The packing vessel for the powder detergent has the polyolefine layer laminated on the moisture-proof layer. The packing vessel for the powder detergent has the polyolefine layer composed of at least one selected from a polyethylene resin and a polypropylene resin. The packing vessel for the powder detergent has a white pigment coat layer formed on the innermost layer.
