To provide a packer, capable of efficiently achieving automatic charge of a film roll.
In a bag packer 3, a temporary receiving part 60 having a second shaft 60a to overhang and support the film roll 9 for automatically charging the film roll 9 chosen from a plurality of the film rolls 9 in a stock part 52 to a support part 16 for overhanging and supporting it. The temporary receiving part 60 receives the film roll 9 to be charged, and the temporary receiving part 60 is moved to a position where the second shaft 60a having an open end at one end part and a first shaft 16a having an open end at one end of the support part 16 face each other at their open ends, forming a straight line. In this state, a bracket 60b of the temporary receiving part 60 is relatively moved to the second shaft 60a toward the open end by an air cylinder 60c.
